The purpose of the project is to efficiently meet the Kingdom’s refined product demands in Makkah Province. A new pipeline system (YNJ-1 & YNJ-2) with ultimate capacity of 577 MBD (240 MBD & 337 MBD respectively) is planned to deliver products from the proposed Yanbu’ Distribution Hub to the existing and expanded North Jeddah Bulk Plant facility.
The pipelines shall use a dual pipeline arrangement to deliver two grades of gasoline (PG91 & PG95), ULSD and Jet A-1 refined products to an upgraded and expanded NJBP.
