The U.S. FAA , announced that in 2013, recorded 6,700 instances of planes flying closer to each other than permitted!
From the 6.700 instances , 38 cases were considered as most serious or HIGH RISK.
In Russia on Sunday 20/07/2014 were averted six incidents that could result in air collision.
The British Airline Pilots’ Association (BALPA) said:
that global leadership from the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) is urgently needed to respond to last week’s tragic incident in the Ukraine and in all operations in or over areas of hostility.
Of course, the U.S., Russia and the European Union have adequate expertise and infrastructure for the monitoring of their airspace.
But, what about the other corners of the planet and what guarantees are there for the safety of of flights;
